We are looking for a Head of Marketing to strengthen our teams and ensure the visibility of our five agencies in the Alps.

Your Mission
Lead the global marketing strategy to reinforce the premium positioning of the agencies, increase their visibility, and optimize the effectiveness of digital actions and acquisition channels, in coordination with Management and the Communication Manager.

Your Responsibilities
• Define the annual marketing strategy and action plans for each agency.
• Ensure premium brand positioning and consistency across all communication channels.
• Identify growth opportunities: new markets, client segments, luxury/real estate trends.
• Oversee the digital strategy (website, SEO, GEO, SEA) and optimize the online customer journey.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Develop partnerships, manage press relations, and organize high-end events.
• Manage the marketing budget, coordinate external providers, and deliver regular reporting to Management.

Profile Sought
• Knowledge of the Alpine region is required
• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in luxury, real estate, or premium tourism.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including acquisition strategies and performance management.
• Strategic mindset and strong sense of brand positioning, with a deep understanding of luxury codes and premium environments.
• Advanced analytical skills: KPI tracking, ROI analysis, dashboard creation, and continuous optimization.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft premium messages and structure impactful content.
• Organized and autonomous, experienced in managing multi-site projects and collaborating effectively with creative profiles.

Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a Head of Communication to elevate the brand’s image and showcase exceptional properties in the heart of the French Alps.

Your Mission
Develop and implement a premium content strategy (photo, video, editorial) that embodies the world of luxury and the Alpine art of living.
Works closely with management and the marketing team.

Your Responsibilities
• Produce high-end photo and video content: property tours, lifestyle shoots, interviews.
• Write editorial content (articles, newsletters, scripts).
• Design graphic materials (presentations, visuals, sales brochures).
• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Build and oversee an editorial calendar and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with agents to highlight each property and coordinate external providers when needed.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of luxury trends and industry insights.

Profile Sought
• Knowledge of the Alpine region is required
• 2 to 5 years of experience in brand content, ideally in luxury, premium real estate, hospitality, or fashion.
• Strong skills in photography/videography, editing, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent writing skills in French and good command of English.
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and autonomy.
• Portfolio required.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Seasonal Rentals Manager to join our prestigious real estate agency in Megève.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Manage and develop a portfolio of exceptional seasonal rental properties
• Conduct rental valuations and maximize the value of each property
• Handle administrative and contractual follow-up (rental mandates, deposits, etc.)
• Manage booking schedules and analyze client requests
• Monitor payments and ensure compliance with legal obligations (TRACFIN)
• Organize property inventories and check-in/check-out inspections
• Welcome and support clients throughout their stay

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Proven experience in luxury seasonal rentals management
• Excellent knowledge of the premium tourism market and its specificities
• Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
• Commercial mindset with the ability to build and grow a client portfolio
• Anticipatory skills, high attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English

To ensure our development, we are recruiting a Sales Department Administrator - Megève.

POSITION & MISSIONS:
Position to be filled within our Megève agency. Your tasks will be to find properties for sale, to manage the marketing process from promotion of the property, through to visits and signature of the deeds of sale, and to assist sellers in enhancing the value of their properties. More specifically:

• Analyze the real estate market
• Research project opportunities in its area of intervention
• Prospect for properties and land as well as buyers
• Visit and analyze properties for sale to determine their market value
• Define a customer's needs
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Facilitate the purchase of properties
• Provide administrative and/or accounting support
• Carry out customer follow-up
• Advise customers on legal, tax and financial issues
• Manage administrative and legal procedures

PROFILE:
You have solid experience in the high-end transaction sector in line with our clientele and Sotheby's network and a perfect command of the local market. You have a sense of responsibility and management techniques, as well as good interpersonal and negotiation skills and legal knowledge.
Good presentation & English essential

YOUR QUALITIES :
